Job summary

Truist is seeking a Client Advocacy specialist to research complaints and conduct complex interactions. You will handle personal client issues across deposit accounts, loans, and cards, in a hybrid setting with some on-site and remote work.

The role emphasizes de-escalation, regulatory compliance, and precise documentation, with daily collaboration in a team environment and ongoing training to adapt to changing banking regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client or customer facing experience (in person or phone).
• Routine experience with MSOffice (Word, Excel).
• Excellent command of verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide resolution and response to client complaints with focus on personal clients.
• Ensure regulatory compliant resolutions and adhere to Truist policies.
• Manage a caseload of complaints in Salesforce and other bank systems.
• Document cases thoroughly and address client concerns professionally and timely.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay current with banking landscape changes.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with high accuracy.
