Job summary

You will dissect issues, de-escalate when needed, and ensure responses comply with Truist policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing experience
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Ability to work with an off-site manager
• Willingness to participate in recorded calls

Responsibilities

• Provide resolution and response to client complaints.
• Ensure regulatory compliant responses.
• Manage a caseload in Salesforce and bank systems.
• Document cases thoroughly and timely.
