Mr. Handyman of E. Nashville & Hendersonville in Knoxville, TN is seeking an Office Professional to join our fast-paced team. You will manage leads, schedule Service Professionals, and guide customers through projects, delivering a wow experience.

The role requires 2+ years in an office setting, strong communication, and proficiency with Office and Excel. Franchise owner is the employer. This is a Monday–Friday position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and Scheduling – you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals
• Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations.
• Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows every customer. You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to impress the customer every time.

Your Responsibilities As An Office Professional

• Lead management and Scheduling – you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals

To Succeed in this Role

To be successful and effective in your role, you must:

• Have 2+ years of experience in an office setting
• Have computer experience with Office and Excel
• Be highly organized and detail oriented
• Be able to multi-task and problem solve
• Be self driven and motivated
• (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is dependent on your experience and ranges from $18 - $20/hr.
