Mr. Handyman of E. Nashville & Hendersonville in Knoxville seeks an friendly and outgoing Office Professional for a fast-paced office environment. You will handle lead management, scheduling, and customer communications to keep service professionals busy and customers informed.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in an office setting, strong communication, proficiency with Office and Excel, and an ability to stay organized, multi-task, and solve problems; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and Scheduling – you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals
• Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations.
• Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows every customer. You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to impress the customer every time.

Your Responsibilities As An Office Professional

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is dependent on your experience and ranges from $18 - $20/hr.
