Mr. Handyman Knoxville is seeking a friendly Office Professional to support a fast-paced office, handling lead management, scheduling, and customer communications. You will guide customers through projects, manage expectations, and help create life-long customers by delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in an office setting, strong communication, proficiency with Office/Excel, and excellent organizational skills. ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an office setting.
• Excellent professional communication and phone skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Your Responsibilities as an Office Professional

• Lead management and Scheduling – you will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals
• Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations.
• Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows every customer.You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to impress the customer every time.

To Succeed in this Role

To be successful and effective in your role, you must:

• Live within the area
• Have professional communication and phone skills
• Have 2+ years of experience in an office setting
• Have computer experience with Office and Excel
• Be highly organized and detail oriented
• Be able to multi-task and problem solve
• Be self driven and motivated
• (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is dependent on your experience and ranges from $18 - $20/hr.
