LPL Financial in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a dedicated PDR Associate Analyst to resolve client reporting questions across our client reporting applications. You will serve as a liaison for advanced escalations and ensure top-tier service for our financial clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data quality, and timely problem solving, with a focus on accuracy in performance reporting and risk mitigation across firm-wide processes. Strong communication and SQL familiarity are a plus.

Job Overview:

The Performance and Data Reconciliation (PDR) Associate Analyst is responsible for providing resolutions to all questions or requests related to all LPL Client Reporting Applications and/or software. PDR serves as a dedicated liaison for advanced Client Reporting escalations and strives to provide an unparalleled service experience to ensure all Client Reporting needs are exceeded. This role requires a strong customer focus in order provide top tier service experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in financial services with client facing or operations experience (comparable experience may be considered)

Core Competencies:

• Capable of performing under pressure and adapt to changes in a team-oriented environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Must have excellent verbal, listening, and written skills

Preferences:

• Strong understanding of managing investment performance data
• Understanding of time-weighted and money-weighted performance calculations
• Knowledgeable in portfolio and investment sleeve transaction accounting and reconciliation
• Ability to interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Working knowledge of SQL Studio and willingness to learn
• SIE, Series 99 preferred

Pay Range:

$20.85-$34.71/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
