We are currently seeking candidates for a Client Reporting Analyst – Fixed Income position with a leading investment management firm located in Boston, MA. This role will be responsible for producing and maintaining standard product-related marketing and client materials, as well as developing customized client reporting for an assigned suite of products. The ideal candidate will have 0–1+ years of experience in investment management, with a strong understanding of fixed income concepts.
This is a 6+ month contract position paying $30–$40/hour, depending on experience, based on a 40-hour work week. This position requires hybrid presence in Boston.
Collaborate with Product Management and Client teams to understand investment products, client reporting needs, and marketing and reporting requirements.
Develop expertise in assigned products to create clear, accurate, and informative client materials, including performance summaries, product explanations, and market outlooks.
Serve as a subject matter resource for team members on product-related questions.
Create and maintain recurring marketing and client materials, including presentations, fact sheets, and product summaries.
Review team members’ work for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.
Lead the development and delivery of customized client reports based on specific client requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field required.
0–1+ years of experience in investment management, client reporting, or marketing communications.
Strong understanding of investment concepts, particularly fixed income and bond markets.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, databases, and other reporting systems.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
MBA or relevant financial certification, such as CFA, CMA, or CAIA, is a plus.
