Job summary

• Monitor cash flows, daily expenses, collateral holdings, and income receivables for client portfolios.
• Research and report variances and incorrect holdings within accounts and maintain correspondence with banks on any account issues, monitoring futures and options within client portfolios, ensuring swaps are reported correctly.
• Use Bloomberg to research portfolio discrepancies between the firm and the Bank.
• Provide additional support as needed.

Investment Operations Analyst

We are currently seeking candidates for an Investment Operations Analyst opportunity at a highly successful Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. This is an entry-level position that provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on back- and middle-office experience with a top-tier investment management firm.

This is a 8-12+ month contract-to-hire opportunity, paying $19-$20/hour (depending on experience).
