Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• 0–1+ years of experience in investment management, client reporting, or marketing communications.
• Strong understanding of investment concepts, particularly fixed income and bond markets.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, databases, and other reporting systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• MBA or relevant financial certification, such as CFA, CMA, or CAIA, is a plus.
• Candidates currently pursuing a relevant certification are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management and Client teams to understand investment products, client reporting needs, and marketing and reporting requirements.
• Develop expertise in assigned products to create clear, accurate, and informative client materials, including performance summaries, product explanations, and market outlooks.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for team members on product-related questions.
• Create and maintain recurring marketing and client materials, including presentations, fact sheets, and product summaries.
• Review team members’ work for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.
• Lead the development and delivery of customized client reports based on specific client requirements.
