Job summary

Wellington Management in Boston seeks an Analyst for Client Reporting Services in Client Operations, focusing on the Fixed Income product suite. You will produce high-quality, timely client reporting and collaborate with Product Management and the Client Group.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in investment management or marketing communications, strong capital markets knowledge, and Excel/Word proficiency; MBA or CFA/CMA/CAIA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in investment management or marketing communications.
• Capital markets knowledge, particularly Fixed Income.
• Excellent quantitative and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Independent self-starter and team player able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; MBA/CFA/CMA/CAIA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management and Client Group to understand reporting needs and guidelines.
• Develop expertise to produce product-level client reporting and commentary.
• Serve as internal SME to Client Operations colleagues.
• Produce standard materials and recurring deliverables like market presentations and fact sheets.
• Peer review client deliverables for accuracy and reasonableness.
• Lead production of customized client reporting.
