Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Relationship Analyst to support Financial Advisors, PWAs, and teams in Bethesda, MD. You will help cultivate client relationships, process transactions, and provide account information and documentation support.

The role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with experience in financial services and MS Office proficiency. This position offers a solid benefits program and opportunities for growth within a large global firm.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 or Series 63 with Series 65 is preferred.
• Two+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services products (equities, bonds, funds, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Provide client support for FA/PWA/team, including cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested by client/FA/PWA/team.
• Answer general non-investment questions and relay account information.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation in a clerical capacity.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documentation.
