Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Bethesda, MD seeks a Registered Client Relationship Analyst to provide frontline client service to Financial Advisors and teams, supporting day-to-day account activity and information gathering.

You will assist with non-investment inquiries, onboarding, and education on digital tools, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to the client service model across the Business Service Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for FAs/PWAs/teams, including cultivating relationships and handling account details.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested by clients or the FA/PWA/team.
• Enter profile information and onboard clients in clerical capacity.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (e.g. MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documentation.
