Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Relationship Analyst to provide exceptional client service and support FAs/PWAs/teams daily. You will assist with account onboarding, money movements, and inquiries, while educating clients on digital tools and maintaining client documentation.

Role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• College degree preferred for growth within the role
• Active Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) are preferred/licensed

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team and support client relationships
• Execute money movement transactions per client/FA requests
• Answer non-investment questions related to client accounts and balances
• Enter profile information and pre-fill documents in clerical capacity
• Educate and enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization)
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documentation
• Assist with research for investment portfolios and prepare client meeting materials
• Support FA/PWA/team marketing efforts and website maintenance
• Maintain policies and participate in firm initiatives and training
