Job summary

Talbots in Norwood, OH is hiring for a Regular/Part-time role. The store is looking for a team-oriented individual to deliver hospitality, drive sales, and engage with customers across a variety of fashion needs.

Typical duties include clienteling and appointment setting, staying informed on fashion trends, and maintaining the brand image while supporting store initiatives and events. Flexible hours and a dynamic retail environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Open availability of 20–29 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Support service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas: Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, Talbots Classic Awards.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe and inspire customers.
• Represent the brand image professionally.
