Talbots Kenwood, OH store is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive wardrobe solutions for our diverse clientele. You will engage with customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and foster lasting relationships through thoughtful outreach and in-store events.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication, reliability, and a passion for fashion. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is preferred to support store needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships both internally and externally.
• Support service enhancers to build relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas: Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, Talbots Classic Awards.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Actively participate in community/store activities and events that promote the Talbots Brand.
