Purolator International seeks a Client Relationship Representative to be the primary contact for pickup, customs clearance, delivery, billing, track/trace, AR, IT, reporting, and operations for freight customers in a hybrid role. The position covers for other specialists as needed and requires 2+ years in client account management, strong Excel skills, and excellent relationship-building abilities.

The role entails 3–4 days weekly in-office in Keasbey, NJ, with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years progressive experience in a Client Account Management role managing external customers and issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage daily workload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop key external relationships with assigned customers and serve as main day-to-day contact for Purolator International.
• Generate customer-facing reports from internal systems and analyze data for metrics and trends.
• Track weekly service exceptions and end-delivery/auditing reports to ensure on-time performance.
• Prepare internal and external reports within deadlines.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Operations, Finance, IT, Sales and Customer Service to meet customer needs.
