Job summary

Strategy Financial Group is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our growing, client-focused advisory team in Peoria/Phoenix, AZ. This full-time, on-site role supports the lead Financial Advisor and delivers high-touch client experiences.

You’ll prepare customized planning materials, assist meetings, manage life insurance and LTC applications, and maintain accurate client records, while collaborating to ensure a smooth, professional client journey from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in relationship management, client service, financial processing, or a similar support role.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• A client-first mindset and pride in delivering excellent service
