Job summary

Strategy Financial Group in Peoria / Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Relationship Manager to support the Lead Financial Advisor and deliver high-touch client experiences in a full-time, on-site role.

The candidate should have 2+ years in client service or related roles, strong organizational and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in relationship management, client service, financial processing, or a similar support role.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• A client-first mindset and pride in delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with customized financial plans and supporting materials.
• Support client and prospect meetings through data gathering, reporting, and follow-up documentation.
• Manage life insurance and long-term care applications from submission through issuance.
• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and compliance-related documentation.
• Provide proactive, high-quality client service and clear, timely communication.
• Partner closely with the Financial Advisor to ensure a smooth, professional client experience from start to finish.
