Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks an energetic client service associate to engage lobby clients, educate on self-service banking, and process cash transactions accurately. You will train at a financial center, then potentially move to another nearby location based on business needs.

The role requires strong relationship skills, the ability to educate clients on ATM/online/mobile banking, and adaptability to changing technology. Weekend/extended hours may be required.

• Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs
• Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
• Efficiently manages time and capacity
• Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client
• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
• Cantonese Required
