You will build client relationships, grow product knowledge with specialists, and manage center flow while adhering to laws and bank policies.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Creole required and strong customer-service orientation.
• Enthusiastic self-starter with a focus on results and client needs.
• Ability to learn new information and technology platforms.
• Comfort engaging all clients and educating on self-service banking.
• Capable of following processes and complying with laws/regulations.
• Experience with cash handling and sales goals is a plus.

Responsibilities
