Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a client services associate to welcome clients in the lobby and help them conduct transactions via self-service tools such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. You will process cash transactions accurately and engage clients to understand their financial goals and connect them with suitable solutions.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a willingness to work a 40-hour week with potential weekend shifts at MA

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic self-starter with strong work ethic and results focus
• Able to build relationships and educate clients on self-service tech
• Learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
• Willing to work weekends/extended hours at various locations
• Knowledge of financial services preferred

Responsibilities

• Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence
• Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs
• Follows established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
• Grows business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
