Job summary

• Complete file escalations including pricing, structuring, and tiering exceptions.
• Pre-qualify loan packages and obtain required borrower documentation.
• Partner with Processing, Valuations, Construction, and Underwriting teams to ensure smooth loan pipeline progression.
• Support the origination process from lead through closing while delivering an exceptional borrower experience.
• Provide business development support and manage borrower relationships.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in mortgage lending, private lending, banking, financial services, real estate, or a customer-facing sales support role preferred


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience


• Strong work ethic and initiative, with proven leadership or supervisory experience


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Eagerness to learn private lending and real estate finance


• Effective written and verbal communication


• Ability to report in-office at Anchor's Thousand Oaks office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
