We are looking for a Manager of Client Relations Specialist / Loan Processing! This position supports & mentors a team of Client Relations Specialist to ensure the business is achieving its customer service, service turn-times, loan conversion and productivity objectives are met by each team member for their assigned loan pipeline.
This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service to our borrowers, business partners, sales team, closing agents, and other internal functions in an effort to deliver on-time closings to our Borrowers. The Manager must be proficient at processing Business Purpose Loans both Rental & Short-Term loans (Fix/Flip, Bridge, New Construction).

What You'll Do:
- Proactively communicate and build positive relationships with our borrowers, business partners, sales team, closing agents, and other internal functions.
- Proactively follow-up, communicate, and initiate actions in order to finish loan files fast & efficiently.
- Proactively order, request, and receive loan requirements from vendors, customers, business partners, and closing agents; ensure outstanding loan requirements are received timely, and without delay.
- Order other program required documents, including but not limited to: credit, background checks, inspections, entity reviews, appraisal reviews, assets, proof of funds, etc. – in order to complete processing requirements.
- Prepare summaries, complete required checklists, and make clear & factual conversation log notes on each file.
- On all items received, conduct preliminary review to ensure quality, accuracy, and preliminary validation based on current loan programs, and company policy requirements.
- Submit validated items& loan documentation received to Credit UW for review and acceptance.
- Achieve Minimum Productivity requirements: Units funded, #Service times elapsed, Pipeline Conversion, Customer survey results, and Meet Closing on-time expectations.
- Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
- Properly file all received and required items for loan retention and delivery.
- Submit documentation & loan files to the designated Underwriter.
- Comply & meet all established policies, regulations and legal requirements.
- Follow-up with clients to verify important information.
- Ensure loan pipeline is 100% up-to-date and reflects accurate information daily.
- Use internal reporting and internal tools to drive efficiencies and reduce service times.
- Ensure all pipeline loans are properly dispositioned and filed accurately.
- Adheres to approved daily work schedule, and achieves attendance standards in order to satisfactorily perform all position requirements.
- Remains current on changes within the legal, regulatory, economic, competitive, and technology environments that may affect the business.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of (5) years’ experience as a Loan Processor or equivalent role.
- In-depth knowledge of loan processes, required loan documentation, closing procedures, and the loan process.
- Good understanding of lending computer software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills.
- Open to learning new technology systems and a paperless environment.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment; and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Must take initiative and focus on achievement of position & company objectives.
- May work remote or in local office.
