Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of selling and cross‑selling to provide bank products and services.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Understanding of banking compliance regulations and internal procedures.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain, and expand client relationships through exceptional service.
• Meet or exceed sales goals at the banking center level.

• Participate in the bank's sales process with product referrals.
