Job summary

Banesco USA is seeking a Client Service Specialist I in Miami, FL. You will assist the Relationship Manager to grow the portfolio, cross-sell Bank products, and ensure compliance with BSA and related regulations.

Responsibilities include client support, documentation collection, and maintaining high-quality customer service for internal and external clients. Experience in banking or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year banking or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; fluent speaking, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager in developing and expanding the portfolio in line with the bank's strategy.
• Support in gathering information to identify new business opportunities.
• Collect documentation to submit new account opening packages.
• Document call logs to cross-sell bank products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers via phone or in person and routing requests appropriately.
• Support account activity reporting to ensure compliance with ECS, investigations, KYC, etc.
