Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Ten years of Commercial Lender experience.
- Commercial & Industrial lending experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Lead business development for commercial and industrial loans.
- Interview applicants and assess loan applications.
- Underwrite, close, and coordinate loan processes.
- Monitor loan portfolio for safety and compliance.
- Cross-sell banking products and maintain client relationships.
