Job summary

Firstsource seeks a Client Relationship Manager – Director / AVP to serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and own the business relationship with delivery teams to meet client expectations. The role requires a strategic thinker capable of optimizing processes, negotiating contracts, and driving client value across healthcare payor sectors.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales experience.
• Experience in healthcare payor domain.
• BPO/Call Center/BPaaS experience.
• Able to present sales propositions.
• Ability to cultivate long‑term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project members are sufficiently enabled to meet client expectations.
• Propose actions to improve performance metrics.
• Build and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Effectively leverage internal resources and leadership.
• Develop a plan to proactively secure timely contract renewals.
• Develop strategic plans aligned with client priorities and services.
• Maintain high level of client attention and support across communication channels.
• Shape engagements with subject matter experts as relevant.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Understand healthcare, back office dynamics and contribute to design/solutioning.
• Drive pricing and MSA negotiations with clients and internal approvals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet objectives and exceed expectations.
• Advise and support clients with solutions to achieve business goals while increasing revenue.
• Track industry developments and disruptions.
• Participate in development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
• Identify and engage with key third party influencers.
• Experience managing Client P&L of $15M+ including reporting and metrics.
