Job summary

Firstsource seeks a Client Relationship Manager – Director / AVP to serve as the primary contact for assigned clients in a remote Florida role with substantial travel. You will own client accounts, work with delivery teams, and ensure alignment with client expectations while driving revenue and renewals.

The role requires 5–10 years of sales/CRM experience, healthcare payer familiarity, and the ability to navigate BPO/BPaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in sales or client relationship management.
• Experience handling large client portfolios and P&L responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
• Background in healthcare payer space or BPaaS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients and own the account responsibilities.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to align on client expectations and deliverables.
• Develop strategic plans to align client priorities with tools and services.
• Drive contract renewals and pricing discussions with clients and internal approvals.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to retain clients.
• Monitor portfolio performance and client satisfaction; identify opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and exceed expectations.
• Track industry trends and advise clients on solutions to improve efficiency.
