Responsibilities

• Build client relationships across multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtual.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend tailored solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Promote digital products and self-service tools to meet customer needs while ensuring operational accuracy.
