Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Account Manager in Phoenix, AZ to handle day-to-day client coordination for small to mid-sized accounts within our Kairos subsidiary. You will manage benefits programs, ensure smooth renewals, and maintain CRM records to provide accurate service delivery.

The role offers a hybrid work model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) and requires a Life & Health license with 3+ years of coordination or 8+ years of experience. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years client coordination and/or claims management experience OR High School diploma/GED with 8+ years client coordination and/or claims management experience
• Licensed Life & Health Producers license
• General knowledge of employee benefits
• Experience configuring benefit enrollment platforms
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
• Able to work a hybrid model out of Phoenix, AZ - 3x On Site, 2x WFH

Responsibilities

• Present benefits packages, renewal strategies, and compliance information to clients
• Manage billing inquiries, invoicing, and policy renewals
• Maintain accurate client account records in CRM
• Administer benefits enrollment including eligibility, onboarding, COBRA, payroll
• Manage book of business and strengthen client relationships; coordinate resources
• Retain existing business and upsell services and coverage
• Build relationships with senior buyers and day-to-day client reps
• Meet retention goals for assigned accounts
• Coordinate administrative support as needed
• Support Account Exec or Broker/Producer; first contact when unavailable
• Other duties as assigned
