Job summary

Truist is seeking teammates in Regular, full-time roles to provide timely and efficient client service at the branch level. You will process transactions, educate customers on digital banking tools, and assist with outbound calls to identify client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service banking solutions.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and risk management procedures.
• Assist with new account openings and problem resolution as needed.
