Qualifications

• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z; ongoing compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than four years in job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Passion and drive to deliver a great client experience.
• Knowledge of financial services and products; ability to teach customers how to use digital technology.
• Comprehensive knowledge of branch policies, procedures and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them to provide the best possible counsel.
• Open accounts, process deposits and loans, and close consumer loans when needed.
• Originating and closing consumer loans and educating clients on available products and solutions.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and services and ensure accuracy of customer information.
