Qualifications

• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, and state registrations; licenses within 180 days for unlicensed applicants.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships; tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
