Qualifications

• Minimum of one year sales experience in a client-centric environment
• Strong work ethic with a results focus
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident in identifying solutions for clients’ needs
• Able to learn new information and adapt to change
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Willing to obtain notary commission within a few months of start date
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions
• Assist and train clients on self-service transactions
• Leverage resources to optimize the client experience and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to processes, laws, and guidelines for opening accounts and maintenance
• Manage client interactions and comply with regulatory requirements
