Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting clients with self-service transactions, maintaining exceptional service, and following regulatory requirements. The position may require weekends/extended hours and in-office attendance per role needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented environment.
• If no sales experience, six months in Bank of America RM/ADP RM/CSA I or RMBOS roles can qualify.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to learn new information and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Willingness to work weekends or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients, uncover personal banking needs, and connect clients to specialists.
• Assist and educate clients on simple transactions via self-service technologies.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and ensure operational excellence.
• Adhere to processes, laws, and guidelines for daily activities such as opening accounts and digital shopping.
• Manage client interactions and comply with regulatory requirements.
