Qualifications

• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills in client interactions.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar workplace technologies.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required for the role.
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred.

• Delivers personalized solutions and next best actions, connecting clients to appropriate products, services, or partners.
• Serves as a trusted client advocate by providing ongoing guidance and educating clients on TD products and digital capabilities.
• Builds and strengthens client relationships through consistent, personalized interactions reflecting a client-first approach.
