Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship environment.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active NMLS registration; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition and deepen relationships through walk-ins, outreach, and referrals.
• Engage clients with purpose, conduct discovery to uncover needs, and present suitable options.
