Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.

• Capable of working with a team to determine solutions.
• Travel to Wichita, KS during first week of employment for training.

Responsibilities

• Build Client Relationships: Conduct professional client conversations that build trust and credibility.
• Deliver a consistently superior client experience with welcoming and professional service.
• Promote bank products and services within and outside the bank.
• Proactively refer to bank partners to drive revenue.
• Demonstrate compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Perform teller duties as needed and process client transactions.
• Approve transactions for others within your authority.
• Assist with bank opening/closing as directed.
