Responsibilities

• Partners with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions and services when uncovering personal banking needs.
• Assists, educates, and trains clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies
• Leverages resources and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy
• Adheres to established processes, laws, and guidelines in day-to-day activities (opening accounts, maintenance, Digital Assisted Shopping)
• Manages client interactions by choosing the best actions for the bank and its clients while following regulatory requirements
