Banner Bank in Seattle seeks a Client Relationship Consultant to greet clients, build lasting relationships, and guide customers through banking products and digital tools. You will support a broad set of sales and service activities at the branch level.

You’ll handle transactions, advise on solutions, and collaborate with lending, treasury, mortgage, and investment teams to drive customer success and loyalty while upholding policies and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level experience in teller, banking, or sales roles with established goals.
• Equivalent education/experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients with exceptional service and support a wide range of sales and service activities.
• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments).
• Balance cash drawer with precise currency handling.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and introduce banking products and digital tools.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and refer to partners across Lending, Treasury, Mortgage, and Investment Services.
