Rockland Trust is a full-service commercial bank dedicated to helping neighbors reach their financial goals. As a Banker in our Retail Branch, you will deliver exceptional customer service, provide expert financial guidance, and proactively deepen customer relationships within the community.

You will open and process accounts, promote bank products, and collaborate with managers to ensure a positive, compliant banking experience.

Qualifications

• Two year degree or equivalent job experience.
• Notary Public and NMLS certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Level I Business Certification must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Support customer relationship development and transaction processing to help meet sales and service goals.
• Open and process accounts, manage deposits and withdrawals within guidelines.
• Proactively cross-sell bank products and services to existing and new customers.
• Make referrals to business partners in investments, mortgage, cash management, etc.
• Assist with Home Equity application process and follow-ups.
• Achieve individual and team sales and service goals; participate in promotions.
• Use a needs-based approach to recommend products that fit customer relationships.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely follow-through and resolution.
• Utilize self-service channels and Salesforce for customer interactions.
