Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in banking, sales, or related experience; 6 months selling products/services.
• S.A.F.E Act registration required at hire through NMLS; must meet requirements within 3 months.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bank products/services across lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service by handling a wide range of banking needs.
• Proactively engage clients to assess financial needs and recommend products and digital tools.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process loan applications.
• Use CRM tools to document interactions and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
