Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels while guiding digital-first banking solutions. You will assess customer needs, explain deposit and loan products, and open accounts to support financial goals with accuracy and care.

You’ll develop partnerships with branch teams, promote self-service tools, and contribute to a seamless client experience through proactive outreach and education on digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
