Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three to four years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage with clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and digital self-service options.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Identify solutions based on clients' needs and communicate effectively.
