Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand in a branch, delivering hospitality-driven financial solutions and building lasting client relationships. You will proactively meet with clients, understand their financial needs, and tailor product recommendations while promoting Chase technology tools.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• SIE exam, Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses required or pursued within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and tailor solutions.
• Educate clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
