Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in California to build strong client relationships and offer tailored financial solutions. You will open accounts, process credit applications, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while promoting digital services.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Typically five or more years of retail banking experience or equivalent training

Responsibilities

Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up
Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and digital services
Provides a consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions
Opens new consumer and business accounts and submits credit applications
Educates clients on digital products and self-service services
