Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant in California to build and nurture client relationships across in‑person, appointment, and virtual channels.

You will assess financial needs, explain deposit and loan options, and guide clients toward digital products while maintaining high service standards. You will open accounts, process requests, and educate clients on digital self-service tools, collaborating with branch teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent requirement.
• Typically five or more years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage and communicate with clients across multiple channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
