Job summary

Banner Bank is hiring a Client Relationship Consultant to be the welcoming face of the branch. You will help clients confidently navigate their financial lives while building long-term relationships and referring services across Banking, Lending, and Investment teams.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, accurate cash handling, and proactive problem-solving. A HS diploma or GED is required, with entry-level banking or sales experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level experience in teller, banking, or sales roles with established goals is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients with exceptional service across sales and service activities.
• Process routine financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments.
• Balance cash drawer with accurate currency handling.
• Consult with clients to understand needs and introduce banking products and digital tools.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and refer to Commercial Lending, Treasury, Mortgage, and Investment Services.
