You’ll engage in consultative sales, service excellence, and collaboration with lending, treasury, mortgage, and investment teams. A High School Diploma and 4+ years in banking or sales with goals are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 4+ years of experience in banking, client relationships, or sales with established goals.
• Equivalent combo of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experiences through consultative sales and service at branches.
• Build awareness of bank products and digital tools.
• Grow and maintain a consumer and business lending pipeline through relationships.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing ones in compliance with policies.
