• Execute money movement transactions per client/FA/PWA request.
• Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts and balances.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documents as directed.
• Educate clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Assist with research and materials for client meetings and portfolio reviews.
